These are all the designs/adoptables I have for sale or have sold in the past. Does not include commissions/trades. What do you get with an adoptable? Unless I state otherwise, you get a full resolution transparent png of the design!

Terms of Service

Delivery, and file availability.

Finished artworks are delivered through Proton Drive and are available for up to 6 months after order completion, after this period there is no guarantee that files will be available for the client to redownload. You may contact me again to inquire if a copy of the file is still available. I have the right to retain copies of all completed commissions.

Copyright, ownership, and use terms

    I retain all creative ownership and copyright over the completed design and artwork at all times. I retain the rights to use the artwork for promotion purposes, and use it in portfolios as examples of work. Clients are permitted to use adoptable designs for personal use. Personal use being defined as

  • Social media icons/headers
  • Personal web page assets
  • Printing for personal use
  • Table top characters
  • For free/unpaid projects and stories
  • upload to toyhouse
    • all with credit.

    Clients are prohibited to use personal use designs for the following

  • Social media icons/headers
  • Redistribute the artwork in any form, such as physical or digital merchandise
  • Use in marketing or advertising materials
  • Creating derivatives through the use of AI art generation where the original is used to train AI models or through alteration from image to image generation using the finished product as a source image.

    • Commercial use fees are +200% of the price of the original cost if desired, and the client will have full rights to the design. Exact terms to be discussed if the client decides to pursue commercial use.

    If a client wishes to sell a design to another individual, all terms apply the new owner. Which includes crediting the design when posting, and commercial use fees.
